How much notice is required for orders?

Generally 2-6 weeks, depending on what you’re needing. All orders are based on availability so check out the available dates here before you enquire.

Custom cakes

Give as much notice as possible (even 3 months), but at minimum 3 weeks.

With customised toppers including 3D fondant, printed/card and acrylic toppers, allow 4-6 weeks (they take time to order, make and ship).

Do you deliver?

Yes, up to 15 km travel distance from Donvale 3111 (with exceptions for wedding cake deliveries). Delivery cost will be based on distance and any additional time for set up / accessing the venue (eg: limited parking). Delivery is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery time is set by arrangement.

Can I change my mind on the design?

Of course, I understand that trends change and kids sometimes can’t decide which character they like. Allow as much time as possible if you’re wanting to change your design. If there are any custom parts that have been made or ordered, unfortunately it is not possible. All orders cannot be altered a week prior to delivery/ pick up date. Please also try not to change designs more than once, it takes time to research, order, and design a cake (which isn’t accounted in the cost).

Is a deposit needed to secure an order?

Yes, 50% deposit of full amount is required to secure an order and is due within a week of the quote. The balance of the full amount is due a week before delivery or collection.

Can I provide my own topper, decoration or toys for a cake?

Yes, please include photos/ information of the toppers when you send an enquiry. You can either send these via mail or drop them off to me physically, and I need to receive them at least a week before the order date. Note: if you’re using your child’s toys as a cake decoration, make sure they are size and weight appropriate, waterproof, and food safe.

Can I cancel an order and get a refund?

All deposits for orders are non-refundable. If you have reasons to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as you can, and the order can be postponed (based on availability). If you cannot postpone the order, the non-refundable deposit can be credited and use in another order.

Any orders that are due in a week (7 days) or less unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Any custom parts and/or toppers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
