Transporting
- Pick up and carry the cake box from the bottom and never from the top or sides.
- Place cake in an air conditioned vehicle, away from loose objects. – Always drive slowly, avoiding sudden stops and turns.
- Keep the cake level at all times. (On the front seat floor or in the boot).
Storing
- Store cake in the box in a fridge | if not serving immediately.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat when not in | the fridge.
- Store leftover cake in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.

Serving
- Take cake out to display 1-2 pie hours before serving.
- Serve at room temperature.
- Remove all cake decorations before cutting and serving.
- Use a sturdy cake stand at least an inch larger than the cake board. – Be careful when holding a cake, they can be quite heavy!
